Food, drink, beds and seats, and medicines for sicknesses, tools, gems, pearls, beryl, conch shells, crystals, corals, silver, and gold‍. This is a list of requirements for sustaining oneself that differs from the requirements (yo byad, pariṣkāra) of an ordained person (robes, alms, beds and seats, and medicines for sicknesses). bod rgya tshigs mdzod chen mo gives ’tshog chas as an old word for ’tsho ba’i yo byad.
